It is Union States Assembly's belief and intent that this confederation1 of states2 was formed for the protection of the people and the states, who were fighting for their freedoms and property, for themselves and their heirs, and it is the intent and purpose from here forward. We are working to re-establish the appropriate order of the universe, i.e., Creator, Man, State, and then the Confederation.
Union States Assembly, also commonly known as Union States, is a group of private sojourners3 comprising one North American people, a unified multitude, embarking on a quest for truth and sovereignty,4 deriving its authority through a council of ourselves; we-the-people.5
This quest shall lead to freedom for all these sovereign states,6 strengthened by its confederation and perpetual union. It has shown us that we must reclaim our organic7 law form8. Currently, the de jure9 sovereign body politic10 is laying dormant waiting to be lawfully occupied. However, it has had its identity stolen by a de facto11 corporation12 fraudulently13 acting as a government14 as a result of a new confederacy created in 1788/89 operating under the Constitution.
We have findings of facts regarding our organic thirteen confederated states15 prior to having their identities confiscated through the de facto trustees' breech of The Trust16 (The Trust is the Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union17). The grantors18 originally established The Trust for our sovereign freedom and lawful responsibilities19 and needs. Establishing these lawful facts will restore just and rightful de jure government. These findings are wonderful and truly eye-opening.
Soon we will release our historical findings with full disclosure.
This is a council whose only leader is truth. The truth will continue to expose all, as it has in the past. There are none so blind as those who choose not to see.
We renounce, reject, and defend against all types of dictatorships20 and forms of tyranny,21 declaring unlawful any and all forms of perjury22 and despotism.23
We have no room for dictators, liars, cons or people with unclean hands24 who purposefully deceive.
We the people of the original thirteen sovereign, independent nations (confederated states) invite all the territories (37 constitutional states25), every Native American Nation, and Canada26 to join Union States Assembly in this confederation.
We must work diligently as there is no time for division, for it does not support council.
Our states are in jeopardy, as is the world. If The United States of America27 crumbles, the light of the entire planet dies with it and so the world will be thrown back into the dark ages28.
