The tree is a symbol of life and liberty. A tree grows branches like the families of people on planet earth. It reaches toward the sky in search of light. The liberty tree is an age old symbol of freedom since colonial times. The light from above is symbolic of the glory of God, the creator and provider of life here on planet earth. This is indicative of divine providence; the giver of life. The hands are to remind us that all things are provided by the power from above. In this depiction we see the hands releasing a white dove onto the world. The dove has a long tradition of representing peace. Here we see the dove being given to the world from the provider. The land under the tree is the land upon which we stand. It is where we have our roots as free people. The soil provides nutrients to the tree. The torch lights the way for those who seek the truth. In this picture we see two lights; this reminds us that when two witnesses agree, there you will find truth. Also, there are two torches so that one will always shed light on the shadows created by the other. When we have more than one perspective, we can see more of the truth because less is hidden in the shadows.
Documented history shows that in 1776, thirteen separate Nations located on the North American Continent came together and declared their sovereign rights. Then they agreed to form a Confederation to serve their mutual commands to secure the individual rights bestowed upon the inhabitants of those Nations by their Creator, as enumerated in the "Declaration of Independence"
They christened this new Confederation "The United States of America", setting forth and memorializing the duties and limitations of its elected or appointed fiduciaries by officially ratifying "The Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union" on March 1, 1781.
On April 26, 1783 the Continental Congress, in an address to the states, wrote:
"Let it be remembered finally, that it has ever been the pride and boast of America, that the rights for which she contended, were the rights of human nature. By the blessing of the author of these rights, on the means exerted for their defence, they have prevailed against all opposition, and form the basis of thirteen independent states. No instance has heretofore occurred, nor can any instance be expected hereafter to occur, in which the unadulterated forms of Republican government can pretend to so fair an opportunity of justifying themselves by their fruits.
In this view the citizens of the United States are responsible for the greatest trust ever confided to a political society. If justice, good faith, honor, gratitude and all the other qualities which ennoble the character of a nation, and fulfil the ends of government, be the fruits of our establishments, the cause of liberty will acquire a dignity and lustre which it has never yet enjoyed; and an example will be set which cannot but have the most favourable influence on the rights of mankind. If on the other side, our governments should be unfortunately blotted with the reverse of these cardinal and essential virtues, the great cause which we have engaged to vindicate will be dishonored and betrayed; the last and fairest experiment in favour of the rights of human nature will be turned against them, and their patrons and friends exposed to be insulted and silenced by the votaries of tyranny and usurpation."
Thus the Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union was established as a trust.
Based upon irrefutable historical evidence, it is very clear that the aforesaid "perpetual Union" was never dissolved, and still exists today, subject to the original founding documents. Through the sedition and treason that occurred in 1787-1789, the fiduciaries breached that trust and vacated their official duties, stole the identity of "The United States of America", and left the "perpetual Union" laying dormant.
On November 25, 2013, after confirming their individual nation's sovereignty, a lawful quorum of delegates from 9 of those original 13 sovereign nations met in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to begin the process of claiming the fiduciary duties/offices of the authentic "The United States of America".
It was agreed that it is necessary to closely examine the Journals of the Continental Congress in order to stay within the spirit and intent of our founders. From the Declaration of Independence:
"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security".
It is your duty to be part of the solution (Union States Assembly) to help solve the problems
