A. Delegates appointed by their de jure state assemblies met, produced, and mailed out paperwork to begin the process of reclaiming the vacant original Confederation known as "The United States of America" at the first meeting. At the second meeting, committees were created to design a process to allow for the "Constitutional" states, once obtaining de jure status, to enter into the said Confederation.
Q. Why did New Hampshire leave you? Any other states too?
A. The very few that left are locked into a "Constitutional" / de facto type mind set, that even provided with the facts and truth of history, could not defeat the cognizant dissidence they have been programmed (brainwashed) with.

A. The United States of America is the Confederation formed by the 13 original states when the ratification of the Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union was completed. It is specifically mentioned in Article 1 of said document: The stile of this confederacy shall be "The United States of America". Notice the upper case "T" in the word "The". It is VERY important and since all was enclosed within quotation marks, that is the official name of the Confederation.

A. The Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union is many things: in its most basic form, it is an international treaty and compact among 13 sovereign and independent states (nations) thus creating the law form of the confederation known as The United States of America. In an address of Congress to the states in the confederation, dated April 26, 1783, it is also described as "greatest trust ever confided to a political society".
Q. How can you say the states were nations?
A. In 1776, as far as Europeans were concerned, there existing 3 things on earth: states, colonies, and possessions. In those days state meant nation or country. So, in the last paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, pay careful attention to the highlighted portions shown below:
". . . That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be
Free and Independent States; that they are
Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political
connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved;

The word "independent" meant that not only were the states to be independent from the King and the state of Great Britain, that they are independent from each other as well.

A. The earliest possible day to which this could have occurred would be July 2, 1776 when Congress unanimously voted for independence (12-0 with 1 abstention, New York). However, on July 4, 1776, Congress authorized reading the Declaration of Independence. Prior to voting for independence, those states were officially colonies. Another argument can be made that it was March 1, 1781 when the Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union was ratified by all 13 states.

Q. Why did Vermont not join the Union?
A. On January 28, 1782 Congress resolves to acknowledge Vermont as a free and independent state and accept them into the Union, on equal footing, as the 14th state, provided they accede to the Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union and the boundaries between New York and New Hampshire as specified. Vermont was willing to accede to the Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union and their border disputes with New Hampshire and Massachusetts were quickly resolved. However, it took quite a bit of time to resolve the border issues with New York.
Q. What changes were made to the Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union?
A. Since it was fully ratified on March 1, 1781, no official changes occurred. Many changes were resolved out of Congress and passed onto the states for their unanimous consent. However, none of the changes were ever unanimously approved by all 13 states.
Q. Don't we need to use the Northwest Ordinance to bring new states into the Union?

Q. Are you sure what you read from the Journals is legitimate?
A. Yes. It was authorized by Acts of Congress and directly taken from the written records. There were some mistakes made, that is for certain. However, on the whole, it is as accurate as can be. The Scribe (and now also the Historian) does admit the handwritten Journals of Congress were not checked for accuracy versus the typewritten 34 books (volumes) used as reference. Considering the people authorized to create those 34 volumes of the Journals of the Continental Congress took 33 years to compile, there is not enough time, at the moment, to check for all the inaccuracies.
Q. How can you say the Constitution is unlawful?
A. The process of altering the existing law form
of the day, the Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union, is clearly
stated in Article 13 of said document.
The reason for the Convention as resolved by Congress on February 21,
1787, clearly states "Resolved that in the opinion of Congress
it is expedient that on the second Monday in May next a Convention of delegates
who shall have been appointed by the several States to be held at Philadelphia
for the sole and
express purpose of revising the Articles of Confederation and reporting to
Congress and the several legislatures such alterations and provisions therein
as shall when agreed to in Congress and confirmed by the States render the federal Constitution
adequate to the exigencies of Government and the preservation of the Union." The convention violated that resolution by
not making recommendations for the altering thereof, but instead, created a new
system to which they were not authorized to do.
Congress, being restricted to only discussing the existing law form,
could not even discuss, let alone vote, to approve the Constitution. This is a violation of Article 13 whereby
Congress must FIRST approve any alterations and then pass them to the states
for their approval. In fact, the letter
received by Congress from that Convention (Sept. 20, 1787) clearly states "Resolved,
That the proceeding
Constitution be laid before the United States in Congress assembled, that is
should afterwards be submitted to a Convention of Delegates, chosen in each
State by the People
thereof, under the Recommendation of it Legislature, for their Assent and
Ratification; and that each Convention assenting to, and ratifying the Same,
should give Notice thereof to the United States in Congress assembled.
Resolved, That it is the Opinion of this
Convention, that as soon as the Conventions of nine States shall have ratified
this Constitution, the United States in Congress assembled should fix a Day on
which the Electors should be appointed by the States which shall have ratified
the same, and a Day on which the Electors should assemble to vote for the
President, and the Time and Place for commencing Proceedings under this
Constitution. That after such
Publication the Electors should be appointed, and the Senators and
Representatives elected: that the
Electors should meet on the Day fixed for the Election of the President, and
should transmit their Votes certified, signed, sealed and directed, as the
Constitution requires, to the Secretary of the United States in Congress
assembled, that the Senators and Representatives should convene at the Time and
Place assigned; that the Senators should appoint a President of the Senate, for
the sole Purpose of receiving, opening and counting the Votes for President;
and, that after he shall be chosen, the Congress, together with the President
should, without Delay, proceed to execute this Constitution.
By the
Unanimous Order of the Convention".
Thus simply put, there was a violation of a Congressional resolution, a document recommending Congress only read but not discuss ("laid before Congress") said document and pass it off to the states for their approval, which is a violation of Article 13 of the current law. When New Hampshire became the 9th state to ratify this document, a new confederacy was formed with a repugnant law form to the original Confederation, thereby making all government employed people commit treason versus one of the those confederacies.
Q. I don't see sedition and treason, why do you?
A. Look at that previous answer. The Conventioneers committed sedition by submitting a new system to unlawfully usurp the existing Confederation, and got the people in each of the states to ratify that document which committed treason against the existing federal government. Then Congress submitted treason by accepting it.
Q. How did the usurpation take place and why was it not apparent to the states when they ratified the Constitution for the United States?
A. The usurpation process technically started with the submission of the Constitution of the United States to Congress. The next step occurred when Congress passed it along to the states instead of squashing it as a violation of the resolution that created the Convention. The states then compounded the matter further by the ratification process. This ratification process was actually treason against the Confederation known as The United States of America and not sedition at this point because it violated Article 13 of the current federal constitution because Congress had not voted to approve the Constitution first before submitting it to the states. Once 9 states confirmed their ratification, a new confederacy was formed by those 9 states. However, those 9 states were still in the confederacy of 13 states, NEVER REMOVING THEMSELVES, thus creating treason for anyone who was a government worker. Why? There are now 2 repugnant law forms to follow. Regardless which one is followed, it commits treason against the other.

A. This is a lie taught in school that is forced upon the people by the rulers of the corporation that runs things. However, whom are the ones who can bestow the titles of Knight and Gentleman? Only monarchs and governments can bestow those titles, namely foreign ones.
